AMBER LOUNGE FASHION MONACO ANNOUNCES ODABASH & MACDONALD IN 2014
As the sun sets over the spectacular Monte-Carlo skyline, Amber Lounge will open its doors to the Monaco Grand Prix weekend in magnificent style, bringing one of the hottest collaborations in British fashion Odabash & Macdonald to show at Amber Lounge Fashion Monaco.
Born in Monaco in 2006, under the patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, Amber Lounge Fashion show is a prestigious charity event that has established itself as a force on the social elites calendar.
Since its inception, Amber Lounge Fashion has received support from some of fashion’s heavyweights, including Missoni, Matthew Williamson, Hervé Léger, Hugo Boss, Chopard, TAG Heuer, Jimmy Choo and Elizabeth Hurley Beach. The event has become an established favourite with the world’s media, celebrities and social elite.
With over EUR 3.7 million raised for charity for notable causes such as The Special Olympics, The Elton John AIDS Foundation and The Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund, Amber Lounge Fashion has become synonymous with giving back generously.

Odabash & Macdonald began their collaboration in 2008 pushing the boundaries of glamorous swimwear and creating stunning statement gowns for the discerning lover of fashion. Fashion thoroughbreds in their own right this collaboration has created Britain’s new powerhouses.
Julien Macdonald OBE, launched his own label in 1998 with 'mermaids' a static presentation of his designs styled by Isabella Blow and there began his reputation as a leading British fashion designer whose high octane and glamorous designs were soon to be coveted by international stars such as Beyonce, Kylie Minogue, Heidi Klum, Cheryl Cole, Kim Kardashian, Kate Beckinsale, Gemma Arterton, and Kristen Stewart to name a few.
Following the launch of his atelier in February 2013 Julien's show themed 'Viva Las Vegas' at London fashion week was an eagerly anticipated and celebrity packed, a fashion extravaganza, which firmly confirmed him as the king of glamour.
